COVID-19 UPDATES

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, on 22 March 2020, the Prime Minister of Australia, Honourable Scott Morrison declared that ‘all non-essential travel is to be cancelled’ within Australia. As a result, Xplore Eyre must suspend all tours until the 31 August 2020.

Existing Bookings

Until further notice, the following special conditions apply to both existing and new bookings made for Xplore Eyre tours. These are extremely difficult times for all of us, and we will do what we can to be flexible and encourage you to contact us with any concerns.

New Bookings

Until 30 June 2020, the following special conditions apply to all new bookings.

Cancellations

You may cancel your trip at any time up to 30 days before the scheduled departure date and receive travel credit with us equal to 100% of the value of your original booking. This travel credit is valid to use before 31 March 2022.

Cancellations 29 to 8 days before departure receive a 100% credit to a future tour valid for travel until 31 March 2022.

Cancellations 7 or fewer days before departure receive a 50% travel credit for travel until 31 March 2022.

If you require a refund of your booking, you can access a full refund provided that you request the refund at least 30 days before your scheduled departure date.

Please be aware if you booked through a travel agent you need to contact them directly.
