Tours across the Nullarbor and Australian Outback

“It is interesting the word “outback”. People ask me where it starts and where it finishes and there is no specific answer to the question. The outback – you know it when you get there and it’s a place that makes you breathe deeper, enjoy simple things and appreciate just being there.”

— HASSIE

Our outback tours travel some of Australia's most remote wilderness regions which might be why we are the only tour company that has been making the 4000 km journey between Adelaide and Perth for over 10 years.

From the wild and beautiful Eyre Peninsula to the Nullarbor and south-west of Western Australia, our tours showcase spectacular outback landscapes but there is so much more that lies beneath the surface.

What is The Nullarbor? Basically meaning “no trees” the Nullarbor Plain is the world’s largest single exposure of limestone bedrock, and it occupies an area of about 200,000 square kilometres, stretching about 1,100 kilometres from east to west across the border between South Australia and Western Australia. Crossing the Nullarbor Plain is not only one of the world’s great road trips, it's a unique opportunity to encounter abundant native wildlife, on land and at sea.

Experience the aquatic wildlife of the Great Australian Bight Marine Park and, during whale migration from May to September, see hundreds of Southern Right Whales with their young.

The Great Australian Bight or The Edge of Australia as we call it, is the longest continuous limestone cliff coast line in the Southern Hemisphere.  This is a place that takes our breath away every single time we stop there and watching passengers experience this for the first time is one of the best things about doing we what do.

Whether it's a 10-day, 4000 km journey across South Australia and the south-west of Western Australia or a 3-day tour from Adelaide of the Eyre Peninsula, the Australian Outback will leave you fascinated, inspired and reconnected with nature. This is the real Australia.
